Ypu decide to find Indiana Jones again (he was hiding in a nearby cave), and go retrieve the Ark, then you find out Ganon, Vaati, and Dark Link have stolen it while you were looking away, and then they take Link, Indy, and the Yoshi away to a unknown area of hyrule, tie you to 3 seperate posts (not the internet forum ones, the ones like Indy and Marion got tied onto), forcing you and your allies to shut your eyes and look away, while Ganon's head shrinks, Vaati's head grows so big, it explodes, and Dark Link's face melts clean off his head.
